• A niche business that cannot easily and/or cost-effectively find an "off the shelf" software system to fill their software needs.
• A business that has a need for custom software that utilizes trade-secrets developed by that client or using proprietary techniques that cannot be found anywhere else.
• A company with a need for a system that can connect with or bridge one or more of their existing computer systems.
